Pricing Advice - Evolution Program
For advisers seeking one-to-one guidance to create and implement their new fee model, the Evolution Program includes a combination of workshop and coaching sessions with an experienced Elixir coach. Especially recommended for advisers looking to successfully evolve their client engagement and pricing model and to get it right in the shortest time possible. Evolution will teach you how to communicate your fees to new and existing clients, in order to achieve maximum acceptance and profitability.
This option will earn you at least 27.5 CPD points*. It includes the online DIY program PLUS:
| Initial coaching session with your coach to prepare you for the process; | |
| Coaching workshop in your office with your team to refine your targeted clientele and Client Value Proposition; | |
| Attendance at a two-day group workshop to work through the program with your team, providing access to expert advice and the opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with other advisers without the need to disclose your financial details to other businesses in the room; | |
| Workbook to collate the documents used in your pricing journey; | |
| Three follow-up coaching sessions with your Elixir consultant in your office, to assist with the implementation of your new pricing model; | |
| One copy of the Elixir Consulting Adviser Pricing Models Research Report second edition; | |
| Two copies of the book Pricing Advice by Sue Viskovic. |
Your investment for this six-month program is $11,000 (inc GST) per business, for up to two attendees if paid in full upon booking, or $12,000 if paid in six monthly instalments of $2,000.
If you would like other members of your team to join you in the workshop, further participants past the first two pay only $100 per head to cover the cost of catering.

The next intake for the Evolution Program is scheduled in the following cities. Note that the dates listed are for the two-day group workshops, and your initial sessions with your coach will need to be conducted in the 3 - 4 weeks leading up to the workshop:
